Bug with opening psd file on Android

I have Krita 5.1.5 on Android (Samsung Galaxy S7 tablet running Android 13) as well as on my Windows 10 computer.

I made a .psd file in Gimp and tested it out in both Photoshop (an older version) and Krita. Krita on Windows opened it just fine, showing the layers and the content.

However, when I sent it to myself and opened the file in Krita on Android, the layers were blank. :confused: (Didn’t matter if it was sent by email or downloaded from a storage site).

The weirdest thing is, in the preview on the opening page, it shows the content!

So, why can Krita on Windows open the file correctly but Krita on Android can’t? :thinking:

It seems like a bug in 5.1.5 Android version and has got fixed.

will this ever be fixed?.. its been months

Before next stable version release, you will only get new bugfix on nighty builds (Krita Plus, Krita Next) or 5.2.0 Beta.
Unless there’s a 5.1.6 release.
