There’s a dedicated Krita file manager available through plugin
Don’t know if it’s compatible with Google drive, OneDrive and other cloud drive as I don’t use this kind of service… 
From my experience to build it as a plugin, development of a file manager as native functionality into Krita might be really time consuming…
