I’ve downloaded Odzuki’s bundle and tested it under Windows 10 20H2 with krita 5.0.2 (.zip portable) and everything works fine.
The bundle include: 23 brush presets, 16 brush tips, 5 patterns, 2 workspaces. Most of them have Chinese name except workspace.
Import the Bundle to my Linux machine (OpenSUSE Leap 15.3 , Krita 5.0.2 Appimage) didn’t show up any brush preset, except that Brush tips, Patterns and Workspace just loaded successfully.

Have tried:
- Place the Bundle manually into resource folder
- Rename resource folder and kritarc, generate a new one
- Extract Odzuki’s bundle and put everything into resource folder
- Extract Odzuki’s bundle and use Brush Preset popup(F6) to import brush, and it says “Failed to import the resource”
- Download lateset Krita Plus (Jan 19)
- Check the brush presets manifest:md5sum in bundle’s manifest.xml
- Made a new brush preset with chinese name without issue.
Not yet tried:
- Install krita from OpenSUSE repo
- Try other distro
- Remake the brush preset with the same name on Windows machine and copy to linux rig
I think I’ve ran out of idea, is there something missed?
