Can Krita open two windows?

I want krita can open double sided window like in picture and have
ability drag and paste using mouse to another window. that make faster layer management when we want massive editor make speed organizing editorial increase 300%.

you can already open a new window

Go to Window menu > New Window
You can either open a new document in this or open the same document from new view menu

Expanding on the advice by @raghukamath:-

You can have documents in subwindows, where they share the same main application window and workspace using Settings → Configure Krita → Windows → Multiple Document Mode: Subwindows

Or, using New Window, you can have them in different windows with different workspaces:

There is already a lot of flexibility and possibility of making customised working arrangements. All you need to do is spend some time learning what can be done.
