I’m a big fan of this artist named Speedoru I’ve been looking for a brush in Krita that looks like his style, but I couldn’t find it.It’s a bit weird. They fade out in a moment, it has a little bit of transparent. I think it is controlled by pen pressure.

As for the brush, the first one that comes to mind for me when I see those strokes is perhaps a soft pencil brush? You can control the opacity via pen pen pressure. Pencil -3 Large 4B has varying opacity with pen pressure and gives a more textured look. I think maybe something from the pencil or even pastel/chalk range would be similar to that.
