Hello @alikal and welcome to the forum
Can you do Edit → Paste or Edit → Paste into New Image?
If you can’t then I suspect that this is because of Android’s enforced separation of communication between apps.
What are those other apps?
People who know more about Android will probably give their advice and opinion soon.
I’ve edited your title and tags to attract their attention.
I tried it, but when I go Edit - paste/paste as new image - it does nothing at all. and by other apps I mean that when I copy image I can paste it to Gmail,Samsung notes… without no problem, so it is not system/tablet problem
Which app do you copy the image from?
That information may be useful to people who know about the technical details and capabilities of Android
Thank you for helping,
I copied pictures from Google Chrome pictures, different web sites, i tried Brave explorer and Pinterest app (and pinterest web site in mentioned explorers). I tried traditional right click - copy image, and also copy screenshot made by Spen, and every other way I could imagine sorry for my english, if it is not clear
This topic is about the same subject:
So, I’m thinking that @sh-zam is working on it.
That is the issue.
The apps from Google, the manufacturer of Android, and, in your case, Samsung, the manufacturer of your hardware, are developed by the “gatekeepers” of Android itself and are classified as trustworthy. These and the apps from a very few big players on the software market, Microsoft and Adobe, can and are allowed to communicate from app to app.
I’ve written about this before, if you’d like, you can find it in the linked post and in the linked posts you’ll find there:
Call it an unholy alliance if you like. You have to look hard to find out more about it, but it’s mainly due to Android’s security issues, which Google willingly and knowingly accepted in the early days of Android just to be able to somewhat compete with Apple’s iOS and generate market share.
And today, as Google is openly blamed for these security flaws, they are nailing every newly reported vulnerability in Android, from version to version, you have less and less of your often very expensive and powerful hardware.

Thank you!
Thanks, I saw people in videos copying images in Krita, but they were probably on PC then. Now I know it is simply not possible (yet).
If Google ever re-opens these doors again is more than questionable.

Android makes it so tough to do some things. HiPaint on Android is the same – no way to bring in images from the clipboard.
