This took me forever. A portrait of one of my favourite characters, Arthur Hastings, as played by Hugh Fraser from one of my favourite TV shows, Agatha Christie’s Poirot.
Drawn with various charcoal brushes (I’m only 5 months in on drawing, so haven’t even picked up real charcoal let alone the digital ones before), so suggestions for which of the charcoal brushes to stick to when drawing would be appreciated because I don’t really know for which situation each would best be suited to.
Any tips for getting around a pen tablet that doesn’t support tilt? Because I’m struggling having to fiddle with brush settings every other second to get the desired effect.
