Changing texture size without changing brush size?

Brush Size/ Texture Scale relationship-link and quick access?

So, changing brush size in 99% cases need changing a texture size. Always looking it in brush properties doesn’t make much comfort. Is it hard to implement relationship/link between brush size and texture scale? And there is any way to quick access to texture scale beside awaking brush properties ? I didn’t find anything. There would be nice ability to put scale slider into the toolbar or pop-up palette, or ability to assign a hotkeys.

Bindable brush settings - determine the value of a setting by the value of another

Okay this is a thing I am thinking about for years now. It would be cool when you could bind a setting to another of the same brush preset. Consider the following use case (i actually have) : You want to create a brush to create a fur like pattern when painted. One of the important properties would be that the stroke fades out by getting smaller over the length of the stroke. This is of course easy.
