this is my first time in years that I draw a character since I was child. after all those years learning how to draw and getting better at it I totally forgot how it feels draw something that was your idea, made by oneself and for myself, I’ve written an character analysis sheet for her. but you can see the brief summary in the presentation.

I just registered here and saw you had no comments on this character sheet yet, so I’ll give it a try.
Now keep in mind that it isn’t easy to critique an OC, because in the end you can do whatever you want with your OCs, there is no real wrong or right. Also I do not know what you want to use it for…will you make it a story character of a comic, do you just want to do art trades etc.
What I can say is that the artwork itself is on a very high level already. 
Nice colour palette, good lineart, pose reflects the shyness perfectly, believable (in this case rather conservative) clothing.
I’m not exactly sure if the anatomy/pose is realistic, most of it is hidden by the clothing. Probably it is also not the main focus of a character concept.
Now coming to text description, there was a few points that made me curious:
What time does this character live in? For me the clothing resembles older times, or fantasy. But then “watching series” as hobby seems very modern.
What age and size is she exactly in this depiction? It is hard to guess in this style and pose.
What is her role at the gardening store? Is she constantly unhappy, because she actually does not like dealing with people there? Or is she mostly just taking care of plants in the background?
At least where I live, that kind of favourite food would not be very common. Any chance of a self-insertion there? 
Now to end this long post, some association that came to my mind when first looking at Spenta:
I could totally imagine sheep or some herd animal being her favourite animal. The stick she uses gives me shepherd vibes. (Even though you maybe just intended it to be a hiking stick).
I’m looking forward to seeing what you will do with her. Give me a hint when you publish the next artwork with her … or a full children’s book or comic with her as main character or sidekick.

And you may be surprised because she has a pet and is not a sheep it is kind of the opposite, I am going to give you a clue, it is not a mammal but is a bird.
