If you look in the Resources: Brushes and Bundles category of topics, you’ll find many brush presets for download, some of which may have useful Tilt controlled characteristics that you can use or learn from by examining them in the brush editor.
You can download the SK Sketch bundle by @RamonM and play with those because there’s a number of them that have tilt.
