When i try to render my animation it shows that error, i think i’m on the latest version of krita and i use windows

Every time you start krita, the version number is displayed at the upper right of the startup splash screen image. You can also see that by doing Help → About Krita.
The current latest version is 5.3.3.
There are many possible reasons for the animation rendering error to happen.
As a starting point, please answer the following questions:
Does your animation play in krita with no problems?
Please upload a screenshot of the ‘Render Animation - Krita’ window when you’re trying to render your animation.
