Couple of character portraits

It’s been a hot minute since I posted.
These are the NPCs I drew for my D&D campaign. Each of them took about 2h-2,5h to complete so they’re more than sketches but less than fully finished artworks and I wasn’t sure if I should add them to my sketchbook post or here

The fox guy is an arcanaloth devil, a shop keeper my players have yet to meet. The elf lady is a wizard and current main enemy.
