Creating colour splash

Hi, is there any good tutorial that explains creating colour splashes using Krita? I would be interested in creating one. Thanks.

Something like this for example

@Dilip That image seems to have been downloaded from the internet somewhere.
If you did not create it yourself then you need to credit the original artist and provide a link to their website.

Alternatively, you can just post a link to a website where it can be seen.

Please deal with this matter soon.

Hi, updated. Thanks

There are splat brushes that will get you started.

Open the brush docker and type splat in the search box. There is one for sure in the Krita 4 default brushes and if you have David Revoy’s set from last year, there is a nice splat brush in there (splatter large).

There’s a dripping brush in Cloom’s Dry & Dirty bundle.

both of those bundles are worth it in general, but Cloom’s is especially fun to work with.

also, Ico-dY recently posted a “drip” tutorial over in the thread about their new Expansion brush pack:

Thanks, got the brushes. I will give it a try
