:gem_stone: Hello, everyone! :gem_stone:

I’m thrilled to introduce my newest creation, designed to add a touch of sparkling enchantment to your digital art workflow:

:sparkles: Crystal Brushes for Krita :sparkles:
Paint with the precision of diamonds and the glow of starlight.

:dizzy: Why I Made These Brushes :dizzy:

As an artist, I’ve always been mesmerized by the interplay of light and crystal—the way gemstones fracture rainbows, how frost etches delicate patterns on glass, or how moonlight dances on snowflakes. But I struggled to find brushes that captured that crystalline magic without feeling rigid or artificial.

Hey, is anyone having any issues with activating the premium bundle? I just purchased the full bundle to get more brushes a few mins ago and the extra brushes are just not appearing in my resources. (See pic below)

Edit to add: I’ve never had issues importing bundles before this point. The bundle I purchased is the very last one on the list (highlighted). The free version works perfectly which honestly just leaves me scratching my head as to why the premium one doesn’t seem to have any brushes.

You also made the same mistake that @Love2Drawman made the day before yesterday in the topic “Enchanting Manga Eyes Mastery” | FREE DOWNLOAD, you misinterpreted the “brushes” mentioned here as brush presets.

In short, there’s nothing wrong with the bundle you describe as faulty, you just expected something different.

But in Krita terminology, “brushes” stands for brush tips, and “brush presets”, the “things” that you select from the “Brush Presets” docker to paint with, are what you were expecting. But here you will find a total of 64 brush tips in GBR format in the large purchase bundle. This is also reflected in the naming of the subfolders in Krita’s resource folder, which are home to the respective resource types, where you will find the brush tips in the “brushes” folder and the brush presets you misinterpreted in the “paintoppresets” folder.

Okay, well in my defense: the “brush presets” are quite literally in the second advertised image. Am I supposed to take those presets and make them into dockable brushes myself? I’m not too upset if that’s the case (while tedious, at least I’m getting what I’m paying for this time around), I’m just a little lost as to why the “free” version had two functioning brushes just out the gate while the premium one only has the resources to make the brushes.

No, that is the next misconception, you are seeing the brush tips:

Okay, I understand that the premium bundle gave me brush tips. I found them easy peasy lemon squeezy shortly after I made my post in this thread, however: the free version quite literally gave me two brushes (pic below). Like brush tips and technical terms aside, the second I imported the free bundle I was able to use these two brushes out the gate.

If I’m supposed to use the resources to make brush presets for the premium bundle, I’m okay with that because again: it’s tedious but I’m getting what I paid for which was “more brushes to use”. It’s just confusing that the premium bundle only gave me the brush tips and the brush tips alone (+ accompanying PNG’s which actually make sense to have now that I know that I’m supposed to make the presets myself) while the free version gave the end user everything fresh out of the box.
