Description of the issue (you can include screenshots): my tablet pointer has an offset when working with Krita canvas, so while I draw it jumps on the toolbars on the sides. I don’t have a double screen, I tried changing krita’s tablet settings but nothing works, I tried to change the tablet settings directly, but there are no settings for screen resolution… I don’t know what to doooo DX
Okay, let’s start with the annoying questions (questions that often sound stupid, but I don’t know your working environment and to help we need information here in the forum).
When I read Offset I thought your tablet pointer had a constant offset, however according to your description it is a “wild uncoordinated jumping around”, did I understand that correctly?
If my guess with the uncontrolled jumping is correct I suspect a profile problem or a driver problem, but it can have many causes and is just a guess, let’s see what comes out in the end.
Which Krita version do you use, the current and therefore recommended version for a 32-bit Windows 10 is 4.4.3, and for a 64-bit Windows 10 is 4.4.5, both versions are available for download as portable version, as well as setup version on the Krita homepage.
Have you set up profiles for your graphics tablet, I remember that someone once had corrupt profiles on his Wacom, after he deleted these profiles was the spook over!
Do you have your graphics tablet new and Krita is the first software you want to use with it? If so, did you restart Windows after installing the Wacom driver?
Do you also have this problem when using other drawing programs?
Did you have another graphics tablet before? If so, did you uninstall the drivers of the old graphics tablet BEFORE installing the drivers for your Wacom tablet? After uninstalling the old drivers BUT BEFORE INSTALLING WACOM’S NEW DRIVERS, did you also REBOOT?
If you have been using your Wacom tablet for a while without any problems,
did you have a recent Windows update?
did you recently install other software?
or did you install or update other drivers?
Now I am curious about your answers.

Edit: Did not notice that @Takiro while I was writing had already posted.
Please open the tablet settings in Krita again and then the tablet tester. The best way to use it is to enlarge it. Please make one or two (or so many as you like ) lines with your pen in the white field with the checkered lines. Then scroll all the way up. Does it show that you have moved the pen closer or further away, and does it show different percentages in the red bordered field behind P (stands for pressure)? See screenshots.
Edit:
Oops, I forgot something: If there are only mouse move values, your pen is not recognized as a pen. Then I would recommend you to disconnect the cable of the tablet from the PC and uninstall the driver. Then restart Windows and reinstall the driver for the tablet according to the instructions from Wacom, and then restart the PC again. The restarts are important!
first of all, thank you very much for the extended help!
-The offset: when I’m drawing on a krita’s canvas I can see two pointers. one is a little circle, and the other is the brush. I can draw if the two pointers are in the canvas. When the little circle goes outside the canvas, on the toolbars, the cursor “jumps” in that point. When I’m in the toolbars and menus there is no offset. (if It’s unclear sorry!)
I intalled yesterday krita-x64-4.4.5, for my 64-bit Windows 10
what does this mean? However, the settings for the wacom one s are minimal, I didn’t change anything from the installation.
-I’ve had this tablet for some months now, and it never gave me any problems… well, sometimes I have to reboot my pc because it doesn’t recognize the tablet, but that’s all. xD With gimp and paintool sai it works fine
-never had other graphic tablets on this pc
since I installed Krita I didn’t have updates, and I didn’t installed anything else
addittional note: when I opened Krita for the first time the tablet was unplugged. After opening Krita I plugged in the tablet.
Some tablet drivers allow (and even require) to create profiles for different applications. For example maybe you want to have different button mappings or shortcuts for different applications. The Wacom configuration manager allows this too.
Btw the Problem you are facing is not exklusive to Krita, it happens in Photoshop too.
Perhaps you have to disable/enable windows Ink in the tablet settings too, as shown in the blog I linked. It needs to match the setting in Krita.
Your screenshot shows that your pen isn’t recognized by Krita yet. Please apply Takiro’s tip and try this again. (Edit: This means Krita does not recognize the driver right now.)
If it is not working then, you can try also to disable all the operating systems own Windows Ink Settings. Best way to find them should be the Windows 10 search, right beside the “Start” Button, just type Windows Ink, in the results you should find a link to the relevant settings page. On my Windows I disabled anything, if you want I’ll post screenshots of my settings.
but hold on. I solved it! I was using “windows ink” setting in krita, but my tablet was in mouse mode!!! When I switch to pen mode, I can enable windows ink in the tablet settings too… bam! it works!
