"Daal", a legume colored painting

I tried to keep a painterly feel using RGBA brushes heavily. (Added an earlier step just for the curious, only one I’m new and I don’t know the timits here)

Tnx ! To be honest it’s been AGES since I’ve posted on an art forum (the ones I used to be on are long gone) and it’s nice to have people responding so quickly instead of the somewhat cold “content platform”.

This is a forum of people who love what they do, who love this forum, and who love the software this forum is about.
And we care about the users who seem to do the same

And. That’s a gorgeous picture, congratulations!

We are really friendly here. After battling it out on other forums, it’s always nice to come here and relax. It’s like an oasis in the desert.

Good work.
Trying to keep the painterly look myself.

Very nice! Could you be more specific about exactly what brushes you used? It would be much appreciated. Which brushes for blending, for example.

Not sure who this is addressing?

Neobscura.

This is really good
