DDS Evrika Plugin

Hello everyone. In search of a normal plugin on all platforms to work with DDS, I decided to make my own plugin using Imagick for conversion.

You can download it here: GitHub - Sepera-okeq/DDS-Evrika-Plugin: Add full support for the DDS format in Krita. Support Windows/Linux/macOS

If you have any questions or suggestions, do not hesitate.
It’s better to write on the Github page itself.

There will also be an additional update soon to add all the missing formats and options so that there is full flexibility.

 Hello @sepera_okeq and welcome to the forum!

Thank you for sharing your plugin!
Your DDS-Plugin is now the second in this forum and the third I know of, but yours offers by far the most complete set of features, so I guess that it will satisfy a lot of users.

Hello everyone.

I have released the 1.1 update for my plugin.

Now it has added the ability to enable saving the file name when we convert from/to dds, and also updated the normal mode, now it generates, relatively speaking, temp_<namefile>_sha.

I also added it so that now the usual Import DDS and Export DDS use the values from the plugin settings! But Import DDS as… and Export DDS as… they allow you to set the necessary parameters.

Thanks to the user Roman for offering the problem when converting from png to dds, now you can configure how he will handle this saving (which filter).

As well as fixing the problem with the “none” mode.
