Default lightning brush tool

Hi,
I love to draw comics and I am currently learning to use Krita in order to do so .

But I’am at PAINS to draw simple “lightnings” - I haven’t found a default tool in order to draw some ligthnings effortlessly.

I would be so HAPPY if someone has already devised a brush tool in order to sweep effortlessly lightning in my comics strips - see my poor attemps below :-/ .

Could someone help me and send me a “brush tool lightning model” ?

If you do a Google (or similar) search for ‘GIMP lightning brush’ then there are lots of places that seem to offer them.
GIMP’s static (.gbr) and animated (.gih) brush tips are compatible with krita.

That is a collection of 25 lightning brush .gbr files and it’s free. I have them now so I might play with them tomorrow

There are also tutorials for lightning effects in GIMP that might be easily translated into techniques in krita.
