A problem with the miniatures you posted is the fact that the strokes can not be perceived. So you can try the Memileo Impasto Brushes, or try the iForce73 Experimental Oils for Krita you can find on DA, Memileo are more impressive, but it may be that those from iForce73 are more what you are looking for, but they are by far not so elaborate than those from @emilm. Another set containing a few oil presets among many other presets is @Ico-dY’s “Expansion” Pack for Krita 5.x.
