Does Anyone Know How to Turn off Stabilizer?

I really need help!! How do you turn off the stabilizer? Thanks to anyone who replies!

When your brush tool is active go to the Tool option Docker and check Basic from the brush smoothing drop down. Read more about the stabilizer options here

You can even customize to create icons to turn weighting on and off. I asked the question and the answers are in this post.
