Does "tablet tester" tool respect Krita's global pressure curve?

Simple question  Nothing is broken for me – I’m just trying to calibrate my pen and I thought this tool might be the most accurate way to test my settings.

But… my guess based on my own testing is that Krita’s “tablet tester” tool doesn’t use the “global pressure curve” you’ve set at all. It’s possible this is just getting input straight from the tablet, before any of Krita’s own adjustments?

Can anybody confirm or deny this? I’ve found the official documentation on this tool, but they don’t mention anything about it…

I appreciate any guidance!

It’s just to show the raw input events of the tablet. It works on a lower level before any Krita settings or adjustments come into play. Basically it’s just to check that the tablet isn’t broken.

Awesome, thank you for confirming! I actually just came across a reddit post that confirms as well.

I just opened a pull request to add this context to the official docs
