If you want to get good results by not drawing from your head but using other pictures for help, the best option is to find a picture on pexels.com (which is a website with pictures that you can use) or other place where you can find photos with CC-0 or CC-BY licenses, and then look at the picture and draw on the side (not on top, which would be tracing, but just from looking at the picture). Then you will learn faster as well and your images will be much better than if you tried to draw just from your mind without a picture. And no one will get mad (as long as you provide a link to the reference picture or photo).
Oh and since you asked for drawing ideas, try doing this challenge: Virtual Plein Air with Krita - it also makes it easier to paint because you can look at the photo of the location, you don’t need to draw from your head.
