Hello! Thank you for brushes! But could you please tell me how to turn on this glowing effect, because mine isn’t glowing at all..
It is a question of choosing the right base-colors plus adding a layer style or alternatively work with filters, I prefer layer styles. This is a quick and low effort picture displaying at least one stroke from each brush and mainly using outer glow, the second from the left uses inner glow. But also G’MIC offers options to let things glow, you only need to want to play.
