Yeah this is odd.
The pen works completely fine on 4.4.8, but in ver. 5 it doesn’t.
In the tablet tester it does recognise that the eraser has been brought near, but it doesn’t wont switch to an eraser, even though i have selected one for the tip.
It doesn’t work on wintab nor windows ink.
Again, it has something to do with the update, as when i rolled back to ver 4.4.8 all was fixed.

It is a known bug, apparently, you gotta pick an eraser preset with your eraser. Not the eraser button, but a preset that is an eraser.
Yes, i know, i have tried it, but it still doesn’t work.
I have reinstalled, reset config, but nothing makes it work, only the rollback.
Is your stylus a double ended stylus, with ‘eraser tip’ at the top end , or do you use a stylus button to switch to eraser action?
If it’s a button, do you press to toggle the eraser tip action or do you press and hold for eraser action?
If you have it set to eraser action and then use it to choose an eraser preset (or any preset), what actually happens?
