It is great that you share your work with the community, but you should create a public link for your theme, because not many are willing to offer their email-addresses in change for your theme, me included.

It has nothing to do with a Google Account, your kind of link needs an email-address entered and sent to you, it is a private link not a public one. While creating a Google Link, you have to choose something that says “Everyone who has this link”.

For Google Drive, there is the option to make the link public with no sign-in needed.
