Everytime i try to draw a short line the system thinks im tapping the screen and i dont know how to disable this

I had this issue with the pop up pallette and i disabled it, but it doesn’t change a thing

Are there any ways i can prevent this? Sorry i cant upload any video of it, it saays new users cant upload any files and idk how to become an old user
