Exit full screen as exit concentrate mode

The krita program will exit full screen as i exit concentrate mode(in case I use a wrong name, I mean the mode that you can only see your painting and can enter and exit by ‘tab’ by default shortcut). I can’t get used to this behavior and I want to ask if it can be improved. My ideal behavior is that I can enter or exit tab and it will not affect full screen(like Office Power Point, you have a mode that show the painting only but in a window and a mode that show the painting in full screen). If it’s impossible, I want a way to exit concentrate mode without exit full screen.
This problem shows on MacOS, I use Macmini M4, krita 5.2.9.

I think you mean canvas only mode.

Assuming I’ve understood the problem correctly, you can modify which elements of the UI are hidden/shown when you toggle Canvas-only mode by using the Tab key.
The options are in Settings → Configure Krita → Canvas-only settings:

I think that with macOS, you have a global ‘Preferences’ action to access the ‘main menu’ of whichever application has focus. If I’m wrong then someone else will tell you about that.

Thank you for helping me. Though in my view you’ve misunderstood my question. My question is that krita will turn off the full screen mode then exit canvas-only mode though I entered canvas-only mode in full screen. I think this might be a wrong behavior. Through your guide, I found out that disable “Title bar” can prevent krita from switching full screen mode completely, which roughly solved my problem.
Anyway, thank you for helping me again. I’ll leave this answer as a solution and I’ll raise a issue on the bug tracking website.
