When I undo with CTRL+Z and use the eye dropper it destroys the Redo-history and I can’t go forward again.

Are you asking for support here, or do you want to inform the developers about the fact that this is happening to you?
Funnily, I see that someone just moved your topic before this question is answered, but in case you only wanted to tell it to the devs we can move again into the fitting category.
In both cases we need at least the version of Krita you use and your OS and from where you got your copy of Krita.

That was me. 
I removed it from the feature request category. It’s now been posted as a bug report by Takiro.

I have merged the aforementioned MR into both master and krita/5.2. The changes should appear in the nightly builds of both, Krita Plus and Krita Next tomorrow.
