when i using fill tool, its alway has a border inside and not fill all. How can i fix that?

Set the “Grow” option to 1 or 2 px.

Hello @aliciacharlotte and welcome to the forum :slight_smile:

Please show the entire contents of the Tool Options docker when asking for help and advice when using tools.
You can drag down the top border of the Brush Presets docker and the Layers docker to give the Tool Options docker more vertical space.

Also, it would be useful to post a screenshot of the canvas image before you use the Fill tool on it.
