I might have my first commission. I showed this to our head cook and explained that it isn’t finished yet. He was impressed and offered to pay me to paint up one of his role-playing characters.

This is really nice, I like the bounce light on the nose and chin. You might want to break up the symmetry in her hair.

I am working with the symmetry tool for now but before I add the final details I will remove the symmetry tool and create asymmetry in the whole figure. In the early stages of painting, my noses seem to be the focus of the image and I have to work on adjusting everything else. It is because I used to practice them a lot because I found them difficult. Now I find them one of the easiest shapes to create.
