I’ve decided to post an animation I did for my recent Semester 1 University course assessment this year!
All the 2D animation, background and lighting was done in Krita (my first extended project using Krita’s Animation workflow), and the sound effects were (unfortunately) overlaid in Adobe After Effects.
I wish I could’ve used Krita for the SFX, but the current sound editing features of Krita are very unstable. I still posted this because I love Krita’s intuitive Animation Timeline, and wanted to show a bit of the potential this software has!
Aha that’s a great name for it! This was mainly done for a walk cycle/interaction assignment, so maybe later I’ll do something more with it; I was focused on simple character traits that could be expressed through movement, so thanks for the appreciation!
Thanks for the edit Where is the actual URL located? By clicking the ‘Embed’ option under sharing in YouTube?
Cheers! I probably spent equal time on the background and animation to be honest But I love stylistic backgrounds, so that’s fine aha.
