Hello @yenrzzvezdrz, and welcome to the forum!
To give you an informed answer on this, we need to see a screenshot of your whole Krita window. If you can not show what you are painting right now, then please create a small picture showcasing your issue which is exactly recreating your current situation, like being a layer in a group. The screenshot has to show the complete window, do not cut off anything, like title or status bar.
You have to bring the tab of the Tool Options Docker in front, and draw it fully open, so that it shows all options. To draw it wider, you can grab it at its bottom or its top, depending on its position. If you can’t find it, the Tool Options Docker is the tab below the Advanced Color Selector in a freshly installed Krita, or when you are using Krita’s default Workspace, which you can call via the menu ‘‘Window’’ >> ‘‘Workspace’’ >> ‘‘Default’’. You can also restore it via “Settings” → “Dockers” and there selecting “Tool Options”, if you should have closed it.
You also need to show us your Layers Docker, where you have to select and show the layer in question and in case it is in a group, we need to see that layer in its expanded and fully visible group.
The next thing is that you have to have the Freehand Selection Tool selected, so the Tool Options Docker can show its options.
Furthermore, we usually need the following information, because they help us very often to recognize some issues:
The version number of your Krita. You can find it in “Help” → “Bug Report” behind “Version:”
From where you downloaded your copy of Krita.
The exact version of your OS, although I can see it is Windows, I don’t know which Windows.
