I wouldn’t say I dread drawing backgrounds but I really wish I was better at them!

I’m not really good at drawing characters. But with patience, they eventually turn out better, or worse.

But… environments, backgrounds, and landscapes? :tired_face: I usually make them blurred for a better result.

I think figures are harder to draw than environments, but once you find drawing figures no longer difficult, drawing environments becomes much easier because they are simply combinations of large areas of color, unlike figures where the color blocks need to be precisely shaped.

Backgrounds are really tough for me. But it only means I have to draw them more often, to bolster my confidence and get more experience with them!
