Here is noted that these brush tips are not mine. I’ve only customized the brushes. Especially the Stars brush, it’s a default Krita brush and I changed some settings of this brush.

The stars brush has lots of possibilities. I’ve modified it so it has Size also controlled by pressure and has Scatter too:
I didn’t do that as I use mouse.

The Scatter property gives random amount of scatter on the brush preset dab in the X and/or Y direction. Using a mouse, you can use the Pressure curve as a straight line with the right side end point (i.e. maximum pressure which is what a mouse gives) set to an amount between 0% and 100% to control the amount of scatter.
Here, I used only Y-axis (up and down scatter) and the Line tool (to draw a straight line) to illustrate different amounts of scatter:
