hey so does this plugin works on some older versions of Krita or something? Because i did that and for some reason it haven’t appeared.

Don’t know if you are a dumbass as you put it, but a search in the forum, as the rules expect, using the magnifier icon in the upper right of the forum pages or a search in Krita’s manual, that you can reach via the shortcut key F1 or via calling it from the menu Help > Krita Handbook, that you can also find using this link are very reasonable actions before asking a question like yours. That is, because both, manual and forum search, could have already solved your issue.
But anyway, after you downloaded the file Gege_Brush.bundle using your browser and saving it wherever you want, but downloads would be a really good folder for this, you import it into Krita as the following template describes:
A bundle is imported into Krita via the menu ‘‘Settings’’ >> ‘‘Manage Resource Libraries…’’ and in the opening dialog you have to click the button + Import in the next dialog browse to the downloaded bundle, select it and confirm the selection. Now Krita imports that bundle, and you can use its content, so the brushes in case of this bundle.
By the way, BUNDLES that comes in an archive-file, like ZIP or RAR for instance, you have to unpack before to get the BUNDLE-File it contains, then you can proceed as described above. But with this bundle that is not needed.
