From the blue colored link in the opening post. BUT, this is a paid bundle or preset, so you have to enter at minimum the price asked for it on GumRoad, or if you are willing to pay more enter even more, and then it is the same thing as many purchases over the web are, enter your data and finalize the purchase to get the download-link.

The link works fine here, maybe you are behind an institutional-firewall, schools for instance do such, or in a country where Gumroad is blocked?
But there seem to be issues with the product, probably because of its naming and the rights in there, I guess, it was put on currently not available.

Hi im having a problem downloading the brush pack, it says it currently isn’t available for sale. Is that right or is something wrong on my end?

@Akumor was last seen on January 20 and has yet to respond to shed any light on this, but if I had to guess, it’ll be a naming rights thing, like he’s announcing these brushes on GumRoad, as I wrote earlier.

No, you can’t. But you can try this one: Gege akutami style pen and that even for free. 
Additionally, I can recommend INK brushes for INKTOBER 2023. Feedback.and final release that bundle is a bummer, as well as Mojo Moo for comics, also the Jarry H. Line Brush Set for KRITA is well accepted as an excellent bundle for inking, at least is this hidden gem the second most downloaded resource from my cloud.
Another hidden gem is the Rudluff bundle, it is one of the bundles of Fizzyflower’s ULTIMATE MyPaint Brush Collection.

Update: I’m aware of Akumor’s post above me. I was talking about Payment issues… If that makes sense… But yeah, I was able to get the brushes and the payment went through…
Seems to be an issue with Paypal. I used my Credit card and it worked fine. It’s a shame that Gumroad is having these issues, but I’ll keep that in mind.
Hiya, Akumor, I love your ink brushes. I bought them last night, but it seems it was acting up a lot. On my side, it says it’s still pending. If it doesn’t go through, do you have a Kofi or anything? ;;O;;
If you scroll up just one post above your comment, you’ll see that the brushes are no longer available from that site and the creator provided a new link to get them.

Absolutely worth every penny. Perfect for amazing smooth lines also very responsive to the pressure sensors in my stylus. It’s just a fun pack to use for any cell shading type work. Thank you for posting this Pack
