How do you keep the paper so clean?

@kacart better to keep your pencils sharp

@Bleke Thank you!. Well I think I didn’t anything special to keep the paper clean, just used a paper towel when I need to rest my hand over the drawing, used my kneaded eraser to clean as soon as I saw graphite out of place and I was careful not to touch the paper with my index finger as I used it to blend (Sometimes I use a stump to blend but I’m better with my finger ).
By the way I use Bristol paper.
