I have no idea what this means, my ffmpeg worked just fine a few hours and then I went to clean up my disc a bit then came back and this popped up. I’ve tried to download the newest version of Krita but it didn’t help.

No such file or directory means that a file or directory it expected to exist doesn’t. Perhaps you cleaned up too much?
There is a missing .png canvas capture file in the sequence that was recorded at
20240301235001. In that situation ffmpeg gives up.
Based on the full file path shown, you are nesting canvas capture sequences inside the records of previous canvas capture sequences. You probably need to look at where and how you specify the target folder for captures.
