Help my brush is not working!

So all of a sudden I have two cursers when using the brush feature. One is much larger then the other and has a white dote in the center, this is the one I want to go away. Normally restarting is all it takes to get ride of but now even re-installing doesn’t work.

When I try to paint nothing happen until I move outside of the larger one but the line appears in the smaller one. How do I get rid of it?

not, screen shot gets rid of the white dot but I assure you it is there

It sounds like you have stabilizing on in the tool options. Switch it back to basic.

If it’s a large circle, that could be Windows Ink asserting itself.

In tablet settings, choose Wintab instead of Windows Ink and do the same in your tablet’s interface.

how do I do that?

In the Tool Options tab, by Brush smoothing it will say Stabilizer if I am right. Change that to Basic.

that did not work

How could you have already tried that? You have to close Krita and restart and you have to open your tablet interface and change the setting.

Under tool options it just gives me a dropdown for script

didnt know I had to restart

Not the tools menu, the tool option tab, to the right of your advanced color tab.

It’s written right there next to the setting. Be sure you read everything when making changes.

And it’s not just a restart. I also suggested you open your tablet interface and make the same change. That may or may not require a device restart. Be sure to read the instructions for your tablet.
