This is the latest version of Krita. I reinstalled it once, but it still doesn’t work.

Try a different directory (like where Windows normally saves your documents), and an output file name that only contains ASCII (latin) letters just to be sure.

This is indeed a problem with the file name.
To avoid other strange ffmpeg issues, I personally recommend downloading a ffmpeg link to krita for use
