Help with Multibrush Tool Symmetry

This is probably a stupid question but my brain is already smoking and I bet someone just have to point my nose on the solution.
I was playing around with the multibrush tool in mirror mode and why can I only turn the mirror axis between 0 and 90 degrees? I actually want it like 315° (like 45° but mirrored in the other direction). Do I miss something here?
I’m confused.

Ok, I found the solution myself and I feel a bit like an idiot now.
There are two checkboxes for a vertical and a horizontal mirror axis. I just had to switch to the horizontal axis. It turns in the other direction.
