It is one of those drawings I was coming back to when I didn’t want to think, just run the stylus across the tablet 
I think you could call it “comfort drawing”

I don’t know, maybe I often experience a similar situation. When I draw without thinking and without reference just using my tablet pen and it becomes something I call “Monster Drawing”.
