Before I used Krita, I had to delete everything from my PC and change everything, but now this appears to me, what should I do? :c

Hi, I had the same problem when I re-installed Windows 7.
I installed all the Microsoft C++ files as stated by a lot of the fixes.
It still did not work for me until I installed Direct x .
Hey Presto and it’s working again.
