Hi. Yesterday I saw people on Pinterest using the Gaussian high pass filter to smooth skin in Photoshop, and since I had never used the filter before and honestly had no idea what it was even for I decided to recreate it in Krita. I didn’t expect the end result to look so good, to be honest! I thought I’d end up with something blurrier. Here’s a tutorial on how to do it, you just set up the filters then use a transparency mask to control where it’s applied:
