Hi guys, i’m pretty new to using krita’s discussion, if i am missing anything please let me know (things i should have added in the post and things i shouldn’t have, and mention the artist). So i’d like to ask if anyone can please help me recreate the brush one of my favorite artists uses, Hoshino Sae.

These are simple standard brushes you already find in Krita. But if you want to install some more specialized brush presets for such work, you can try these:
Sketch V2. (SK2) Pleasure to draw. including colored pencils and blenders
URAVERAGEBOI’s Bundle & MyPaint-Brush G-Pen
Organic Manga ink pens bundle (free)
Mikhailasmo’s Inking Brush Set
The collection above offers some very excellent brush presets, so you do not need to sift through Krita’s huge stock of brush presets.
But to be honest, it is much more important for you to find a brush preset that suits you, so the tool with which you can work, because it is nonsense to believe “when I have brush XY from my idol, I can paint like my idol”, in reality it is possible that you need a totally different one because it suits you better. That is absolutely similar to a hammer, some need a sledgehammer and others need a tiny hammer and both achieve the same because they have found “their tool”.

Hello, Michelist, thanks for then answer and the collection, i completely understand what you said and i agree, i already have two brushes that i really like and use most of the time, i just wanted to try the same one they use just to test things out, just like there are other artists i like that i simply want to try using the similar brushes. But i do have brushes that used and changed it to my liking.
