Ya either entered full screen mode (view > enter full screen mode) or canvas-only mode (tab)

well im not in canvas only mode and full screen mode but instead all stuff gone (such as brushes section color pick and layers)
If it’s true that you’re not in canvas mode, then go to window, workspace, and choose default to set Krita back to its original settings with the standard dockers in view.
If that doesn’t solve it you’ll have to give us at least some minimum information on your setup. You should not ask for help without telling us which operating system you’re on because the solutions for Windows and Android can vary greatly – just as an example.
