To be very brief, there is a brush configuration that exists in the ibis paint program (which I use together with krita), but I am not able to recreate the effect in krita.
The setting is the same as pressure (more or less pressure changes the size), but it is with speed (more or less speed changes the size). I have a lot of difficulty with pressure on digital because I am used to paper, and because I spent a lot of time drawing with my finger.

With all other brush presets features turned off for the select brush preset, I then set the following two features on, with the shown adjustments. This provided the stroke shown, which (to me) appears similar to the one you pointed to within your video, with the heavy curves and tapered ends.
