For layer blending modes, I can only seem to export either the raw drawing (as if I had set the blending to normal, and exported it) or the full thing (like if I had simply exported the full image, with one normal and one multiply layer), how do I just “bake” it so that when i hide the normal layer, the multiply layer does not change, and the multiply layer is set to normal blending mode? Sorry if this doesn’t make sense, its hard to word it well.

With layer duplicates and merge. You might also need to use groups and inherit alpha (clipping masks).

It’s often useful to upload a full screen screenshot with the Layers docker fully visible.
If the layer structure is very complicated, you can make an illustrative example image with a simple structure that has the key points of your situation then use that for explanation.
