I make a drawing then when saving it does not let me make it transparent.
What is the problem? Main and little problems with this program. What do I save it as when exporting? Is there something I’m suppose to click on when starting?
If you want to continue working on it, .kra is the best file type. If it is finished, .png will preserve transparency.

Also make sure to click the checkbox to store alpha when exporting to PNG.
And of course check that your image actually has transparent parts and not a fully opaque background layer.
