How do I just move/scale/transform all frames of a layer?

I can’t find a good way to just intuitively transform all my drawings wherever I want on the canvas. I’ve found in forums that people say use transform mask. But transform mask messes up my drawings when I am trying to erase and edit it with brush later on after moving. I want to be able to draw over my drawings normally AFTER moving it, but transform maks does not allow that, and instead offsets my brush which is so frustrating

Please suggest me something, thanks

Hello @koko and welcome to the forum

This has been asked before by other users.
All you can do is turn off the visibility/action of the transform mask, using the eye icon in the layers docker, make the edits to your drawing, then turn the transform mask back on.

What you see on the canvas includes the effects of the transform mask, obviously, and the transform mask adds an offset, or whatever else it’s been made to do.

Edit:Add: I was concentrating on the second part of your post, not the first part.
When you’ve made a transform mask to add an offset, or whatever, to your drawings, you can then permanently incorporate it by doing right-click → Flatten Layer, in the layers docker, on the paint layer.
That also works for animated paint layers.
